My mom gave birth at 32 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up as a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will be smooth too?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с имеющимися характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 32, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
