My mom gave birth at 32 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's unexpected is that I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется конкретными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 32, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
