My mother gave birth at 32 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am as old as she was. Can I also hope for smooth childbirth?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 32, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не бояться и довериться специалисту.
