My mother gave birth at 33 without any complications. She never had any problems with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 33, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
