My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age group. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 33, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
