My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age category as my pregnancy. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все определяется имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 33, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
