My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 33, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
