My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up as a relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I'm the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 33, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
