My mother gave birth at 34 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I grew up a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее подходящий период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родоразрешения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 34, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
