My mother gave birth at 50 years old easily. I had no problems with her during my childhood, I grew up a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все связано с конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 50, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
