Hi everyone ? I'm going for a blood draw, but it's late, like in the afternoon, so should I give blood? Suggest something I can eat before that, and how long until it doesn't affect me? Because I wake up in the morning and immediately want to eat ?

Вчера тоже сдавала в 4 часа дня. За 3-4 часа лучше ничего не есть, а до этого всё что угодно
