My mom gave birth at 56 years old easily. She never had any problems during my pregnancy, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be simple?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется определенными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 56, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
