My mom gave birth at 57 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will pass without any problems?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 57, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
