My mom gave birth at 57 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age group as my pregnancy. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий период для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 57, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
