My mother gave birth at 58 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am as old as she is. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 58, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
