My mom gave birth at 58 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I'm of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 58, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
