Hello! I'm a first-time mom and I'm not sure if my contractions have started. For two days now, it feels like there's an electric shock in my vagina or maybe even my intestines. The baby is moving and seems to be causing pain from the movements. It grabs for a second and then lets go. Not just occasionally. Has anyone experienced this? How long did it take others to give birth? And generally, how can you tell if it's false contractions versus real ones? I MEAN, I DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING ??♀️??♀️??♀️?
