Hello everyone. Have you ever experienced aphthous stomatitis after childbirth? I've been struggling with it for over a month now. I buy mouthwash and topical gel at the pharmacy, and treat any ulcers with them. It takes a long time to heal. After some time, it appears in another place. I think my immunity is low and I need to take another course of vitamins again. What other medications can help?
