Girls, hello. I have such a situation, my daughter has low hemoglobin since birth, we've been giving her Moltofer since birth, recently we checked blood, it dropped from 118 to 104. What can you advise?

Я бы начала с питания, увеличила бы продукты богатые железом.

Интересно, вот читаю часто, у многих анализ крови брали с рождения, а у нас до сих пор не брали и я не знаю даже его гемоглобин и прочее ?
