Пренален с малиной) она специально для беременных и кормящих . Сперва облегчает боль потом и вовсе уходит ( лично у меня) Каждые 2-3часа принимала

На вашем сроке конечно лучше не следует принимать препараты, лучше полоскайте горло, нос, теплое обильное питье я только так спасалась
