Hello everyone, it's been 40 weeks ?? I feel my lower back is starting to ache in the morning, but there's no regularity. I also get dizzy. This is my first pregnancy. The mucus plug came out 5 days ago. Do you have any experience with this? Or is it just normal? ?

Наблюдайте ,треники когда живот каменеет и ниже живота тянет но не сильно ,а если еще поясница болит то все возможно
