Если прям капризничал , то нурофен на ночь (0.5-1мл) а так ничего

Ибуфен даю , когда уже невмоготу, вес делю на 2 , у нас это 4 мл

Можете еще в холодильнике держать игрушки для прорезывание зубок они холодные чуть боль снимают
