Good day! Little red spots appeared on the baby's bottom, not pimples. I thought it might be because of diaper rash. For three days without diapers, it seemed to go away. I started wearing diapers at night again and the spots came back... Could it be diaper rash? Or is it a reaction to urine and so on? ?
