Вроде побочный эффект от железа еще долго проходит после приостановки приема. Не знаю как у детей, но у взрослых так.

Нормально все . Консистенция напрямую зависит от продуктов. Наш ребенок когда ест фрукты и овощи имеет наподобие кал ).
