Is this thrush? How do I treat it? The child's condition is excellent, only one thing bothers me - this rash on the tongue, and they eat less now.

У моей тоже так, это молочница пищевую соду разбавляете в теплой воде и бинтом обрабатываете

Да, делаете все как написано выше и посмотрите на слизистые, если есть покраснение( гиперемия) или точечное кровотечение, применяете лекарство. И старайтесь чистит родотвую полость по возможности. И давать воду после кормления, если вы засыпаете сразу, то также по возможности
