Для точности измеряйте 3 раза в день температуру в спокойном состоянии, не во время еды, не после сна, и отсюда уже сделаете вывод. Вообще 37.3 это верхняя границы нормы. Но все педиатры и мамочки рекомендуют отталкиваться исходя из самочувствия и поведения ребёнка

разденьте ребенка вплоть до подгуза (он греет большие сосуды)проветрите и через 20 минут измерьте температуру.Верояно у вас перегрев
