Я в таких случаях уходила от этого продукта и возвращалась через месяц примерно ). К слову гречка нам зашла после года . Кишечный спазм беспокоил от нее именно. Фенистил нет необходимости давать такому малышу из за пищевой аллергии если она никак не беспокоит ( зуд и тд ). Достаточно исключить аллерген . В идеале пока проходит сыпь не вводите новый продукт, а то не поймёте что от чего Если едите уже что то , вернитесь к нему ( какой продукт подошёл).
