Здравствуйте конечно нужно удалять. У вас незнаю как делают. Делали под наркозом, полежала один день выписали домой. Все нормально. Терпимо. Делали в 2021 операцию в 2022 забеременела. Так что не бойтесь а наоборот скорее убирайте эти полипы.
