Конечно можно, я ела сразу после роддома после выписки чай с пирогом и дальше без ограничений

но знаете я пила сама масло черного тмина , до 40дней. и у сына ни аллергии ни диатеза ни пучило даже. очень советую тоже и восстановитесь быстрр сами и молоко будет хорошее
