Hi everyone! I'm 34 weeks pregnant. Since this afternoon I've had pulling pains in my lower abdomen. When I lie down it's sort of okay, but if I stand up and walk for about 5 minutes the pains start again. And I have a feeling like I constantly need to have a bowel movement. Are these false contractions? Has anyone had this?
