У меня на первых неделях беременности тоже живот тянуло. Осмотр у гинеколога показал, что всё нормально. Сказали сексом не заниматься, пока боль внизу живота не прекратится.

Тянущие боли это вполне норм, на ранних сроках почти у всех так
