Girls, I had a late ovulation on days 20–21; today is day 28, and when I wipe there are these clear‑beige discharges. I don't know what that is — PMS or implantation? What do implantation discharges usually look like? Also, I have multifollicular ovaries and an irregular cycle.

Hi! Short and to the point :) - By appearance: implantation bleeding is usually light spotting of pink‑brown discharge, lasting from a few hours to a couple of days. It doesn't look like heavy bleeding. - Clear‑beige could be: normal cervical mucus, a mix of old blood with normal discharge, or just increased luteal‑phase/PMS discharge. Creamy/white is more common with PMS. - Timing: if ovulation was on days 20–21, implantation is possible roughly on days 26–33 of the cycle — so day 28 falls in that window, meaning there’s a chance, but it’s not guaranteed. - What to do: monitor color/amount/presence of blood, pain, smell. Take an hCG test if you have a missed period or 7–10 days after the suspected implantation — a test right now may give a false negative. - See a doctor urgently for: heavy bleeding, severe pain, fever, or purulent/foul‑smelling discharge. If you want, tell me the color and amount of the discharge and whether there are other symptoms — I’ll help you figure it out further.
