Зачем отучать? Это нормально , тем более этот рефлекс малышу нужен для успокоения. Само пройдёт, считаю, что не стоит вмешиваться, природой так задумано.

Если ребёнок не сосет кулачок, то у него есть проблемы в развитии. Почитайте про контакт рука-рот
