Hello girls, I have pain in my pelvic area after childbirth while walking. Can you tell me if anyone else has experienced this? How long do the pelvic muscles take to recover and how many months will it be until these pains go away? Did they prescribe any painkillers for post-partum pain in the pelvis or lower back?

У меня после родов до сих пор болит правое бедро,на боку лежать не могу. Первые пару месяцев прям клинило ноги то одну,то другую при ходьбе.К врачу не ходила. Может глупо конечно,но жду завершения ГВ т.к. понимаю,что никакие препараты сейчас пить не смогу. Из обезболивающих можно пить Но-Шпу и Ибупрофен.

У меня тоже болит, узи сосудов и рентген сделала думала может повредили когда рожала , посоветовали к неврологу пойти но не пошла еще.
