Ох я знаю что это зависимость У меня сестренка(12лет) до сих пор иногда грызет Слышала про лаки специальные Чем раньше отучите, тем лучше Потом ногти такие некрасивые становятся

Спасибо за обратную связь, лак специальный мазала, не помогает. Когда начинает грызть стараюсь чем то отвлечь и в руки что то дать интересное. ??‍♀️
