Если уже геморрой то только свечи релиф. Если просто мучаетесь запорами, то лучше пить по больше жидкости и есть курагу, и сухие сливы

У меня был геморрой. Лечила после беременности таблетками детралекс, и чтобы не он не трескался еще больше, врач назначала глицериновые свечи для проходимости. Еще мази назначали, их не помню уже. В общем, терапия была комплексная, лечил меня проктолог))
