А плане одежды или медикаментов? Я всегда беру солнцезащитную одежду,пару плавок,панамы,кроксы,шорты,футболки,регланы,штаны и ветровку,носочки. Кремами защитными мы не пользуемся- только одежда с уф защитой. В аптечку сорбенты,Регидрон, Нифуроксазид, жаропонижающее,противоаллергические капли и мазь, Траумель,Бепантен,перекись, пластыри,уксус если на море жалящие медузы, сосудосуживающие капли,вата,бинт. И маску с трубкой :) Это все если на море. В горы немного другой список одежды
