Girls, hi! Has anyone had practice contractions? At my 30 weeks? I started thinking it's early. I'm going to the doctor already at 17 for an appointment and immediately for an ultrasound. Just sometimes my lower back hurts like during periods. I'm worried. I read that practice contractions are given in the abdominal area.

В первую беременность начались с 26 недели. Ночью болел живот как будто с интервалом, испугалась очень и на утро пошла на узи, там сказали все нормально, врач сказала что могли быть треники.
