Girls, what is this rash?

Girls, what is this rash? ? There's no fever. The child plays and sleeps normally. Two days ago it was only on the leg. I smeared it with Bepanthen, thought maybe some kind of eczema. And today I see that there have already appeared on the neck and hand? I'm attaching a photo.
