Hello everyone. A week ago, small red bumps appeared on my face, I thought it was blooming and didn't pay much attention, now my whole face is red and peeling. Is this blooming? Does it pass like that? Or allergy? The pediatrician said it's diastasis and not eat sweets, but in my opinion, it doesn't look like diastasis. I attached photos, on the first one when they just appeared, and the others just took a photo.
