Good night, my daughter is 5 years old and will be 4 months old tomorrow. The last 3-4 days have been very late, we go to bed around 12-1 am??. I put her to sleep by 9 pm thinking it's for nighttime sleep, but she wakes up after 20-30 minutes every time until 12 o'clock. Then I force her to sleep????
