Hello ladies, does spicy food affect a baby while breastfeeding? We're already 6 months old, I want to give him a little bit of spice, but he eats well.

Молоко приобретает вкус пищи которую кушает мама,даже воды при беременности приобретают вкус съеденной пищи. Не думаю что в таком возрасте ребенок откажется от груди из-за того что Вы скушаете остренького. Я в 4.5 месяца стала кушать вассаби. Сейчас подсела на острый кетчуп -все хорошо..

Я ела и беременная ела,без острого не могу,всё было хорошо
