Нам тоже мальтофер выписывали. Главное правильно принимать, час до и после груди или смеси.

Про Ферум лек не знаю, но дочке давала ферсинол в каплях. От ферсинола был жидкий стул и цвет темно зеленый , очень пугало меня. Как переставала давать то сразу не было зеленых какашек.
