The child is teething but I don't know if that's the cause of the cough. He has had a dry cough for two days now, not frequent but it is there, his nose is constantly stuffed up, but phlegm doesn't run (although when we suck it out, it's watery). Have you encountered something like this before? What helped? Doctors only say it will pass, it's just a teething process.
