Hello everyone! Who knows why the back of my neck is constantly black and dirty-looking? It's not like sunburn. Online, they say it's mostly related to diabetics. But my brother is actually skinny.

А мне кажется похоже на загар. Чтобы исключить диабет пусть сдаст анализы на глюкозу , инсулин. И не все диабетики полные

Анализы сдаст пусть.Диабетики не обязательно полные.Есть и худые.
