Ladies, good day, after childbirth, what vitamins should breastfeeding mothers drink? Is it safe to take valerian while breastfeeding? Please advise.

Добрый день!Надо продолжать пить те которые пили во время беременности.Я пью фемибион.Можете проконсультироваться у врача и сдать анализы на дефициты.

Кальций пейте обязательно и тоже фемибион пью. Магний б6.

Здравствуйте. Очень даже стоит. Я продолжаю после беременности пить фемибион. Волосы, зубы и ногти в отличном состоянии.
