Hello, can you recommend vitamins for breastfeeding mothers? ? I bought Elevit 3, but it seems too much for the baby than for the mother.

Ребенок в большей части возьмёт все необходимое из Вашего организма,а Вам надо восполнять запасы. Фемибион отличный вариант. Я при беременности пила и первое время после родов. Сейчас принимаю биокальцевит , после курса планирую заказать витамины для кормящих на iherb
