на раздражение очень похоже, было пару раз такие высыпания небольшими участками, помогало обычное купание с мылом детским

Это случайно не от масла которым вы помазали, у нас было тоже почти на все чем мазали потом я начала строго чистые составы брать без добавок запахов И так далее и прошло
