Girls, hi! What calming drinks can I drink while breastfeeding? I'm not going out by evening anymore ?‍♀️ Preferably at affordable prices.

Я магний пила вот до года, пока на работу не пошла, иногда и сейчас бывает пью.

Магний б6, чай ромашка, мелисса, пустырник, корень валерьяны (именно чай из этих трав заваривать, спиртовые настойки нельзя).
