В молоке есть микробы, но это нормально. Оно не стерильное естественно. Нужен толковый врач. Если в вашем городе нет хорошего врача, можно поискать онлайн консультацию.

Для начала сдать кал и ваше молоко на бак.посев, чтобы точно знать какие именно бактерии там, и от этого анализа и будет в дальнейшем зависить лечение.

Что? в грудном молоке микробы тогда, почему все дети не поносят, бред я думаю, обнаружили повышенные лейкоциты прописали сироп от чего не понятно не разобравшись(( к гастроэнтерологу надо и анализы лучше сдавать в проверенных лабораториях
